BE12 9#27 7-86 Anderson Window Balances

Question

Have balances from Anderson windows with both cords broken on both balances. Numbers from them are: BE12 9#27 7-86. Opposite edge has: 11600-17.
I need both of them and would you recommend changing the balances on the other window?

The 9#27 stamped on your original assembly indicates that you would need the 24-939 to replace both Andersen sash balances.

If your other window is still functioning properly, I see no reason to replace the balances. If you think that they are not supporting the full weight of the window, we would need to confirm the stamp codes on those balances as well. Thank you.
