BF Rich Cabernet Series Double Hung Windows

Good afternoon.

I am looking for springs, shoes and tilt pins for BR Rich Cabernet line of window. The year they were made was May 2006. Do you know what components would have been used or do you need for me to remove the needed parts and provide pictures and measurements.
