Balance spring is stamped'7'.
Would like to buy new springs and the plastic parts (pivot shoe). No part numbers on the plastic parts. Help please!

Thanks for writing in! We believe you can use 15-228 pivot shoe with our S160-7 coil spring. Look over the dimensions for the shoe and compare it to your existing hardware to confirm that it is a fit. This is not an exact replacement, however, we have recommended it to may other customers; it is worth considering as a replacement.
The compatible cover would be the 15-150S.
