Weep Hole and Spiral Balance

A handy person from Hampton, VA says:

I want to get new weep hole covers for my 13 windows. Most of them are broken. There are from B.F. Rich Cabernet double hung windows.

Also from those same windows, one coil balance spring is broken. Is something like this available?

If the outer tube of the balance is 21" in length, I believe you need a 5/8" diameter Series 600 Spiral Balance with a Blue Tip; just check to confirm. For the weep hole cover, our 26-413 might be a match, check the dimensions to see. If not, see our 26-186. This weep hole cover covers a wide variety of weep holes; it just needs new holes drilled to be installed.
