BF rich seals

Question

Hi, I have double hung casement windows made by BF RICH. The seals have broken and the windows now have fog in between the glass. So upsetting! I don't know if you can help me. Both the company that installed them is out of business. As you know BF Rich also is out of business. I don't know if you have any information on how I go about getting these windows replaced. I guess since the company is out of business the lifetime warranty is no good, which sucks! I hope to hear from you. Thank you!

Thanks for reaching out! I am happy to recommend replacement seals for your windows to fix the leak that you are experiencing however, I'm afraid it would only provide you with a temporary solution. We do not manufacture windows or sell them, unfortunately.

You'll need to begin contacting local window suppliers and getting consultations to see if they are able to provide you with information on how to replace the windows. There is a chance that they will supply you with the new seals once the window is replaced.
