Question

Trying to replace spring, see attached photos, length of spring unit is 28 inches metal to metal.

Thanks for posting! This resembles our S395-28 channel balance. Look it over and see if you agree. 27 9 is not a standard stamp, so you will need to get the weight of your sash and compare that to the chart we show on the S395-28 store page. That is the best way to determine which of our options is best.
