Hello there.
I am looking to replace these two parts for my window.
I can seem to pin point the series model they are.
Can you help please.

Hi George, thank you for posting,

Your balance resembles the S395-28 channel balance with a 2740 stamp option. The length of the metal channel should measure 28" long. Please review and let me know if you have any questions.
