BFS Window Balance

The string broke on this window balance and I need help identifying the part. The window is bfs brand. The balance is 1/2 inch wide and the metal part is 28 inches long. It is stamped with 27-3.

Thanks for posting. See our S395-28. For a stamp option choose 2730.
