I'm looking for a replacement part for the attached window channel. What part should I be looking for?

Have a look at our S395-28 channel balance. This balances comes assembled with a 19-005 balance top and 15-001 bottom balance shoe. Have a look at the nylon fittings to confirm they match up with yours. If everything looks correct, then you can go with the 2740 option that holds a sash weight of 19-26 pounds.
