BFS Window channel balance replacement

Question

The right side channel balance from my BFS window has failed.  Old like to replace both sides.  I'm also missing a small clip the fits in the side frame that I believe is used to anchor the string?

Thanks for posting. It looks like the top attachment has 'wings', or side tabs, while the bottom does not. Is that correct? See the diagram below for reference. If that is true, this looks like an S395-28. For a stamp option choose 2740. Let me know if you have further questions.
