Markings on the balance

The window would not stay up and appears one of the balances is not going to work. Mfg of window shows to be 'BFS'
How can I order

The markings on the balance only indicate the spring strength. In order to make a recommendation, we would need more detailed photos of the balance removed from the window. If you 'd like to browse on your own, here is a link to our balances.
