Hello,

It looks like you have the old-style Slimfold bi-fold doors. They came out with a new style that should work for your door. You will need one 21-001 bottom adjusting pin and three of the 21-007 spring-loaded pins for the top pivot and two guide pins. Take a look and thanks for posting!
