BLUM Hinge

Hello,
I hope you can help! You guys have saved me last time and Im sure you can do it again. The above pictures are hinge off a "lazy susan" door. The door folds and swings in or out.
The only marking I can find are
-blum
-made in austria
-78-850-01.01 (I think)
-78m810-02.01

Thanks for posting, Mik. I'm not sure if we have an exact match for these hinges, but check out our 32-335 and 32-340 and let me know if you think you could get either of these to work for you.
