THE PORTION OF THIS ASSEMBLY THAT LATCHES ON TO INSURE THAT DOOR IS CLOSED IS BROKEN. ONLY NEED TO REPLACE THE PORTION OUTLINED IN BLACK

Take a look at our 82-218 mortise lock or see the 82-226 if you want to replace the lock and faceplate. Thanks for posting!
