BS! Balance with a 7/8" Shoe

Question

I have the same problem.  Channel balance marked 3650 BS!.  I need two for the same window.  I have attached photos  The bottom measures 7/8".  Can you help me?

Hey there!

At first glance, your balance looks like it would be a match for our S380-37 or S385-37. The important difference between these two Series is the depth of the bottom shoe as shown below. Can you confirm the depth of your shoe? In one of your photos, you're measuring the width of the wings but what you want to do is measure the depth of the shoe.
