Thanks for reaching out to us. We can supply this balance, but only as a custom order due to its configuration.
We have just about all the information we need to get started, but there is one conflicting data point that I'd like you to clarify. You mentioned that all balances have identical configuration, but two of your balances end on a x-3/4" increment. That shouldn't be. All balances, assuming they're the same configuration, should end on a x-5/8" measurement like your 15-2.
Can you verify the lengths for me? If your other two balances do end on the x-3/4", then they are likely different and I will need photos of them to proceed with the custom order.

Yes, the BSI 27-4 and the BSI 21-4 are in fact 27 5/8" and 21 5/8". I did not notice the bit of plastic protruding from the channel where I measured

Great, thanks for checking that for me! I'll go ahead and email you a purchase link and price quote that will let you add each size to your cart. You may then checkout on our site as normal.
Just two notes:
First, the plastic fittings on our replacement balance will have tabs on the sides. Your original lacks these tabs, but that won't be a big deal. Ours should install the same way.
Second, we don't have any of these three sizes in stock, so there will be a lead time of approximately 5-6 business weeks.
