BSI 26 4 Channel balance id help request

Question

Stamped BSI 26 4. On a non tilt window. Balance measures 1/2" (9/16). Looking to replace a few. Thank you.

Thanks for posting, Bob. Based on your photo, I think you may have our S380-27 channel balance. This has a 19-005 top and 15-005 bottom nylon fitting. As long as those match up then you should be okay.
