BSI 2640 window balance

what replacement part do I use? I need a couple sets +, and is there a way to increase the weight strength a single step?

Hi there!

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. Choosing a stronger option would actually make the window harder to close, not easier to open. We suggest going with the 2640 stamp option, which is what your balances currently have.
