BSI 2740 replacement part

Hi,
I need to find replacement part for my window sash balance and tackle. The metal measures 28 inches in length by 5/8 inch in width and 5/8 inch in depth. It is stamped w/ B.S.I. 2740. I need to replace these on a few windows and was hoping you could help me find suitable replacements.

Hello there. I believe the bottom fitting on this balance is damaged, and so I advise procuring an undamaged version before proceeding. Compare to our S395-28. Review the dimensions and specifications and let me know if you think this is the balance you need. For a stamp option go with 2740.
