BSI Channel Balance

Question

Hello, I have a 26" channel balance and there is only the markings of 26 5 and BSI as the manufacturer. There isn't an A, B, C, etc. The actual window size is 25 1/4 x 30 3/4 (double pane). From this information can you tell me which replacement balance I need to purchase?

I see you were looking at our S795-26. Are you positive that this is the balance you have? If so, you can weigh your sash on a scale and refer to the chart shown on the S795-26 store page. If you aren't so sure, let's see a couple pictures of it so that we can find a better match. I would still also like to know your sash weight, just in case.
