BSI Channel Balance - metal is 23" long

A home owner from Cape Coral, FL says:
I need to order some new channel balances for some non-tilt CWS windows.

The code at the bottom is only three numbers spaced like such 22 5 followed by a small RD then large BSI. The dimensions I have measured is the metal 23", 9/16" width, and 1/2" depth (most people are saying theirs are 5/8" but this is just slightly more than 1/2").

It looks like you have either an S380-23" balance or an S385-23" balance. The difference between the Series 380 and Series 385 balances lies in the shoe.

The series 385 balance has the 15-004 shoe which is slightly larger from front to back, as illustrated. If you measure your shoe as it is pictured here, you should be able to determine which one you need. Once you have determined your series, you'll want to select spring strength option 2250.
