BSI Extended Balance

Question

We seem to have a non-standard extended channel balance made by BSI.  It has an extra roller in the bottom plastic shoe.  Can we replace this balance with a more standard off the shelf balance?...realize the window may not open as far as with the non extended balance, but that would be ok as long it will fit.  Thanks.

Thanks for writing in! I am confident that we can supply you with a replacement balance. However, this will need to be a custom assembly. These types of balances are non-refundable and non-returnable so I'll need a bit more information to confirm pricing and availability for the exact balances you need.

To start, I'll need to see the top attachment from the balance and I'll need to know the stamp from the metal channel.

I'll also need to know the exact number of balances you intend to purchase to get the order link made up for you. There is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balance.
