Hi -
I'm trying to obtain a replacement for one window balance that has become inoperable (won't hold the window in the open position) due to a snapped cord (rope).
Please take a look at the attached photos and let me know if a replacement is available with the top and bottom plastic end pieces and clip shown.

Hello there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length of 26-7/8" which is what makes it custom.
What I will do now is email you a purchase link and price quote for (2) balances that you can use to place an order on our website. Please note, there is a 5-6 business week lead time.
