I have several BSI window balances to replace. I did not take photos while any of them were installed (it is from another location out-of-state). The parts needed are:
BSI 26-2 (two each)
BSI 16-1 (four each)
I have included photos of the part numbers, and photos from each end of the balance (they are identical in design).
I am curious how you ship, if by UPS, or USPS. I am going back to this location in several weeks and need to coordinate shipping with my expected visit.
If I could get the cost for those balances in advance I would appreciate it, and what your shipping schedule would look like for getting these to Casa Grande, Arizona.
Thanks in advance,
Dan

Thanks for reaching out to us, Dan. It appears you have either the Series 380 or Series 385 depending on the depth of the bottom fitting. You will have to measure as shown below to determine the best match. I recommend the 2620 option for the 26-2 balance and the 1610 option for the 16-1 balance.
Shipping will also depend on what option you select at checkout as we have a few different choices. Estimated delivery dates will be shown for each shipping option as well.

Emily - I measured both balance bottom fittings and they are both 1" - so the S380 series look compatible. Based upon your recommendation, it looks like I need:
17" Series 380 Channel Balance - Product Code: S380-17
27" Series 380 Channel Balance - Product Code: S380-27
I just want to confirm that this is correct. It makes sense to me, I just want to confirm.
Thank you!

I agree! The depth of your shoe, going by that photo, appears to be 1". The products you picked out would be my top recommendations.
