BSI balance replacement parts
Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 7/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, your metal channel should measure 13-7/8" long. Custom orders are nonrefundable so we recommend you double-check to confirm before placing your order.
In the meantime, I will email you a purchase link and price quote for (2) balances that you can use to place an order on our website.

However, from your message I wanted to follow-up on the channel measurement is actually 13.5" (I apologize if my pictures did not display this well. I have attached another picture.

I'm sorry to say that we can only supply a balance with a 13-7/8" long metal channel. This is the only size they make that we know of. You're welcome to try out our replacements but we can't make any guarantees since your length differs from ours. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
