Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 5/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel should measure 21-5/8" long. Custom orders are nonrefundable so you can always check to confirm.
Can you upload a close-up photo of the hook attached at the end of the pulley cord? Can you confirm the number of balances you'd like to order as well?
