Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but the stamp code only indicates the the strength of the spring. To determine the correct replacements, we'll need to see photos of an intact balance uninstalled, including both ends and the clip at the end of the pulley cord. Thank you!

S385 series, 31 inch. Tell me the strength. Some are marked FE39.

Thanks for getting back to us, but I'd recommend double-checking your balance length since 31 stamp codes would normally correspond to 32" metal channels for the S385 balances, not including the end fittings.

Great. Now we'll need to know the number of balances you need for each stamp code. From there, we can work on getting price quotes together for you.

Thank you,

Please review the S385-32 channel balance with a 3165 stamp option that can support a 35-39 pound window sash. These balances are a stock item and can be purchased directly online from the product page.

The 18-091 guides will needed to be added to your cart from the product page as well. Please let us know if you have any additional questions!
