BSI window sash replacement

I'm having trouble finding the correct pivot shoe for my balance replacements. It's 1/2" wide. Not sure if I could file down a wider one. The pics for 'C' don't show the back of the shoe. I have about a dozen windows that need their components replaced. They're about 20 years old and the plastic is breaking on the shoes.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a suitable replacement for the balance shoe shown in your photos. I believe that is specific to the window manufacturer, so I'd suggest contacting them directly. I'm sorry we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
