BSI2740 sash removal

Question

My daughter has a BSI2740 window balancer that is out of position(fell down). Before knowing what to do I need to remove the window sash. Can you tell me how to do this?

There could be a lot of different ways you can do this, but I don't know what you have. I wasn't able to match that number up to anything. Would it be possible to see a picture of the window sash itself? Can you also take a picture of one of the side jamb tracks? I suspect the problem is that the balances have failed, so seeing how they look in the jamb tracks will help us get started.
