B&T Balance Shoe

Thanks for posting! The balance you have can likely be replaced with the S795-27 with a 27B stamp option. You'll need to double check the attachment at the top of the balance to confirm whether you have a screw tab or a hook. If it is a hook, this may need to be a custom assembly but that will depend on the shape of the installation hole at the top of the window.

The shoe installed to the balance appears to be the 15-195 1-1/4" T-Lock Balance Shoe, with a closed cam. This is what will come installed on the balances. 

The other shoe is the 15-194 1" T-Lock Balance Shoe, which is sold separately.
