Thanks for posting. I'm confident we can help replace this awning operator, but can you show me an undamaged version with the bottom tab intact? I want to confirm the hole pattern on this operator so I can cite some potential replacements. Many thanks.

See either our 39-025 or 39-061 to start. Look over both, compare the dimensions, and see if you think one of these might work for you.

Don't worry about the length of the link arm itself; there's some play allowed for. Concentrate more on the mounting holes on the top and bottom tabs, as well as the hole at the end of the link arm itself. Note that the 39-061 has a 1/4"-20 thread, while the 39-025 should have a 10-24 bushing at the end. The operator in your pictures lacks this bushing, which might indicate the 39-061 is the closer match. Let me know what you think.
