Balace picture

Attached is the pictures of what I believe are the broken parts of the balance. It's a triple pane widow that I cannot lift myself. If there is more info needed please advise.

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid the balance shown here is too damaged to ID. Can you remove an undamaged balance assembly and show us photos along with the stamp on the metal channel? It'd also be helpful to see the shoe or attachment this balance interacts with.

Hello. As previously stated the window in question is a triple pane window. I needed another person to help me take the window out. I cannot lift it myself. Being that the balance was broken once we removed the window, it came out easily. I will again need help to accomplish window removal once that is done, and obviously the other side is still intact, do I need some type of special tool to remove it? Frank

No there aren't any special tools to remove the balance. Looking closer at your second photo, I believe your balance uses a clip like the 15-170. We don't have a stock balance that uses this clip but we should be able to help via custom order. I'll just need more information to get the ball rolling. Can you confirm the length of the metal channel and the weight of the window sash? How does your balance install at the top of the window? May we see a photo of the clip or attachment it uses to install?
