S385-30. Would like to know what weight to order.

Your stamp is pretty peculiar, but if I'm reading that right then it appears to be rated for a 38 pound sash. If so, then you can use our 2965 stamp option: two balances with this option can carry 35 through 38 pounds.
I highly recommend that you weigh your sash to confirm this detail. It's best not to guess.
I'd also be happy to look at your nylon fittings to confirm that you do have the Series 385. It's important to keep in mind that there are about a million and one different setups that look similar to this Series, but differ in small and wholly incompatible details.
