Thanks for reaching out to us, Jim. Your bottom fitting appears to be damaged so I'm not sure if they had wings originally or not. Would it be possible for us to see photos of an undamaged bottom fitting from another balance? 

Thank you for the additional photos! I recommend our Series 351 or Series 390 channel balances. They look almost identical but the important difference is the depth of the bottom shoe as shown in the image below. You will also want to select the 2320 strength option.

We don't have pile weatherstripping with your exact specifications but the 58-001, 58-021, and 58-002 appear to be our closest options. Take a look a look and see if you think you could get one to work regardless.
