It seems like the shoe shown in your second post may attach to the end of your metal balance channel. If so, take a look at the S795-32 (32A) channel balance. Our stock balances come with the closed cam 15-195 T-lock shoe but yours looks like the open cam 15-195B, which you can purchase separately and follow the video below to attach them to the new balances.
