Thanks for reaching out! I am confident we have a replacement balance we can supply you with however, to be absolutely sure I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window.

Since you've already included photos of the bottom shoe attachment, I'll just need to see a photo of the top plastic attachment from the balance. The stamp provided only indicates the weight range the balance can carry to support the sash, however it does not identify the exact balance you need.

Thanks for the photos! Those are the guides I was referring to. These balances look like they could be either the S351-30 with a 1" shoe or the S390-30 with a 1-1/8" shoe. To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe.

For the 29C stamp, you can likely use the 2930 option, which can support a sash weight of 16 to 23lbs. With that said, you may want to weigh the sash to confirm that its weight falls between that range.
