We can assist with replacement options, but to confirm which series your window uses, we will need to see a picture of the inside of the metal channel where we can view the connection point between the spring and pulley system. From there we can further assist with identification. Thank you!

I apologize for any miscommunication on my end. What we need to see is the inside of the metal channel balance itself. We need to see the connection point between the spring and pulley system. Unfortuantely the original pictures did not show this viewpoint. I apologize for any inconvenience!

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. 

The length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments should measure 31" long and you will need a 3030 stamp option. Please review and let me know if you have any additional questions!
