I need to replace balance as string broke. Model # is: 25-4 IX CMC 11 but I find this exact model. Is there a new model to replace this one?? Let me know what to do. Thanks, Mark

Thanks for reaching out to us! I'm sorry to say I would not be able to identify the balance you need using the balance stamp. This will only tell us the weight range a balance hold to support the weight of a sash.
I'll need to see the balance removed from the window to identify the correct replacement.
