Thanks for reaching out to us. This appears to be a spiral balance. Can you confirm if this is a tilt or non-tilt window? If it's non-tilt, can you remove an undamaged balance and show us a photo of the inner tip along with the shoe or bracket it uses? What's the diameter of the white outer tube?
