This is balance on a weather shield single hung. Need help trying to find what will work for this.

I'll need to see it removed from the window to confirm the exact series you have. The stamp from the balance will only indicate the weight range a balance should be able to support but we'll first need to identify it.

Please provide clear photos of the top and bottom attachments on the balance as well as any that could potentially be left behind in the window channel.
