Hello, thank you for posting,

At first sight, your channel balance resembles the S395-24 channel balance, but the shoe appears to be broken. Do you have an undamaged balance to compare to confirm that the depth is 1-1/8".

You have an older stamp number that does not directly translate to our strength stamp options. To move forward, are you able to provide the weight of the window sash? Thank you!

Unfortunately the stamp number is an older strength rating. To choose the correct stamp option, we will need to know the weight of the sash. The sash will need to be removed and placed on a bathroom scale.

Can you provide a written out dimension of the depth of the shoe? I cannot confirm from the picture unfortunately. It appears it may be larger than 1-1/8". Thank you!

Thank you for confirming,

Please review the S395-24 channel balance with a 2350 stamp option that can support a 23 to 27 lb window sash. Let us know if you have any additional questions!

Hello! This top sash guide looks like a closer match for our 18-180. I think this may be what you want, but review its specs and see what you think.
