It also looks like you need the vinyl glazing bead. We sell a ton of different styles, which you can see here, but I can't identify what you have from the provided photo. If you can't find your bead from the link above, I will need a clear shot of the end profile in undamaged condition. The video below will go into more detail. 

Thanks for clarifying. We unfortunately don't sell replacement balance covers of any kind. These tend to be unique to the window frame, so your best bet is to try to get in touch with the original manufacturer.
