Balance 28in long

Hello there. Sorry to hear you've had trouble with the S600-28 balances you ordered. The other possibility would be our S900-28. The difference between these two spiral balances is that the Series 600 has an outer tube diameter of 5/8", while the diameter on the Series 900 is just 3/8". The outer tube on your old balance was made of plastic and broke away, so it's hard to get this measurement in your case. That said, if the Series 600 proved too wide for your window, the Series 900 is the logical alternative. Let me know if you have further questions.
