Thanks for writing in. This looks like the 15-102 Carrier, which is compatible with our Series 145 Coil Balance springs, which are sold separately. Take a look and see what you think.

If there are no stamps on the coil springs, weigh your window sash, then divide that exact weight in half. That will tell you how much spring weight support you need on both sides of the sash. For instance, if your window weighs 20 lbs, you would need (2) of the S145-5 5lb Coil Springs on each side of the sash, for a total of 20 lbs of support. Let us know if you need help with the calculation.

Perfect that's what I need. I also need the springs. My springs do not have anything stamped on them how do I know what I need for my vinyl windows
