Unfortunately I am not able to get a clear enough view of the pivot shoe from this angle. Are you able to remove the balance assembly from the window for us to further review? Thank you!

It appears you may have a style like the 15-140 pivot shoe that is compatible with the Series 150 coil springs. You will need to remove the assembly from the window channel to confirm the design is similar and that the dimensions match up so it will fit correctly.
