Need to replace the balance on windows rail is stamped 24c and is 25" long

Hello there. Is the metal channel just 3/8" wide, rather than 9/16"? If so, this is probably an S800-25. For a stamp option, choose 24C. Let me know if you have other questions, or the width is greater than 3/8".
