Thanks for reaching out to us! Looks like your balance has a special "DS" stamp, which is a heavy duty weight rating used for large windows. The letters "DS" literally stand for "double spring."

The good news is that the numbers after that stamp indicate that you have a 35 pound sash. With that in mind, we added the 2470 stamp option to our S390-25 store page. Two balances with this stamp can carry 33 through 36 pounds, which should be perfect for your application. I feel confident that this is what you want.

Just note that this stamp isn't currently in stock, since we only just added it for this inquiry. Please expect a lead time of approximately 5-6 business weeks as we have stock made up.
