Question

Trying to replace several broken balances. I see 2360 bsi ax on metal  seems just short of 24 inches. The bottom or shoe is an inch wide and about a half inch up top

Thanks for writing in! I am confident that we can supply you with the replacement balances you need. These are an Extend-Travel Channel Balance assembly and will need to be a custom assembly. With that said, I'll need to know the exact number of balances you intend to purchase to confirm pricing and availability.

If any of the other balances you are looking to purchase have a different stamp from these balances, I'll need to know the stamps from those balances and the quantity you are looking to purchase for those as well. There is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balance.

It would also be a good idea to double check that they all have similar top and bottom fittings and similar hooks.
