Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 7/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel should measure 25-7/8" long. You can always double-check yours to be safe.
I'll email you a purchase link and price quote for (2) balances that you can use to place an order on our website. Please note that there is a 5-6 business week lead time as well.
You designed this from my photos. What if the design is wrong and the parts don't work? Not that I don't trust your design, but I need to be sure I have my bases covered. This project has been disastrous (prior to finding you).
That's completely understandable. As long as the photos and information you've given us are accurate and the metal channel measures 25-7/8" long then I'm confident our balances will work for you. However, if there are any errors on our end then we will certainly take care of you to rectify any mistakes.
