Balance

Thanks for posting. I am fairly confident we can help replace this channel balance, but that stamp code is not an identifier; rather, it simply tells us the strength of the balance. To know what kind of balance you have, or what we call the balance Series, we need you to remove the balance from the window and show us the attachments on both ends of the balance. The combination of attachments tells us its identity. It would also be helpful to know the length of the metal channel, not including those end attachments. See the videos listed on this page that detail how to remove channel balances, depending on whether you have a tilt or non-tilt window, as well as the key identification details.
